    Craving a burger but want a fun new way to enjoy it? These Big Mac rice paper rolls are a crispy, savory treat packed with all your favorite fast-food flavors. They are incredibly satisfying, easy to assemble, and crisp up perfectly in the air fryer for a brilliant crunch.

    Ingredients

    • 3 rice paper sheets

    • 1 to 2 eggs, lightly beaten

    • Cooked ground beef, seasoned with salt, pepper, and mustard

    • Caramelized onions, slow-cooked with 1/2 tsp honey

    • Diced pickles

    • Shredded mozzarella cheese

    Big Mac Sauce Ingredients

    • Light mayonnaise

    • Greek yogurt

    • Ketchup

    • Mustard

    • Paprika

    Instructions

    1. Soak each sheet of rice paper in the beaten eggs until it becomes flexible.

    2. Place the softened rice paper flat on a clean cutting board.

    3. Layer your cooked ground beef, caramelized onions, diced pickles, and mozzarella cheese in the center of the paper.

    4. Fold the left and right sides inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to seal all the ingredients inside.

    5. Place the rolls in your air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, checking halfway, until they are golden brown and crispy.

    6. Whisk together the light mayo, Greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, and paprika in a small bowl to create your dipping sauce.

    7. Serve your crispy rolls warm with a generous side of the homemade Big Mac sauce and enjoy.
