By using lean ground chicken and mixing in fresh herbs and a specific blend of spices, you get a kebab that is incredibly moist and packed with flavor—no grill required!

    The Perfect Kebab Seasoning

    To get that authentic "Kafta" or "Kebab" flavor, you’ll want to use this spice blend:

    • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

    • 1 tsp Onion Powder

    • 1 tsp Paprika (Smoked or sweet)

    • 1/2 tsp Cumin (The secret to that warm, earthy flavor)

    • 1/2 tsp Coriander

    • Salt & Black Pepper to taste

    • Optional: A pinch of Cinnamon or Allspice for extra depth.

    Ingredients
