High-Protein Sushi Roll 🍣🔥
INGREDIENTS:
• The Protein: 250g Salmon (Seasoned and air-fried).
• The Wrap: 2 Rice paper sheets + 1 Seaweed (Nori) sheet.
• The Filling: 1/2 Avocado (sliced), 2 Green onions , and Kimchi (highly recommended for flavor & gut health!).
• The Extras: Sesame seeds, Spicy mayo, and oil spray.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The Base: Dip two rice paper sheets in water until soft. Lay them down (overlapping) and place the seaweed sheet on top. Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
2. Fill: Add your air-fried salmon, avocado, green onions, kimchi, and a drizzle of spicy mayo.
3. Roll: Roll it up tight (like a burrito/spring roll).
4. Crisp: Lightly spray the outside with oil.
5. Air Fry: Cook at 370°F for 7 to 10 minutes until it’s golden and crispy.
