    High-Protein Mediterranean Tuna & Tomato Tartare 🐟🍅✨ (

    July 25, 2026 by
    Rima fit food

Who says high-protein eating has to be boring canned tuna on dry toast? This recipe turns a simple pantry staple into an elegant, restaurant-quality Mediterranean tartare in less than 10 minutes—no cooking required!

By mixing drained tuna with finely diced red onion, seasoning, and a dollop of cream cheese, you get an ultra-creamy, savory base packed with protein. Layered inside a ring mold with fresh diced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh parsley, and served over golden toasted crostini, this dish looks like fine dining but fits seamlessly into your everyday health goals.

    Prep time, Cook time, Servings

    • Prep time: 10 minutes

    • Cook time: 0 minutes (5 minutes if toast/crostini is preferred warm)

    • Yield: 1 serving

    Ingredients

    The Creamy Tuna Base

    • 1 can (approx. 120-150g) tuna in water, well drained

    • 2 tbsp finely diced red onion

    • 1 tbsp light cream cheese (or low-fat cream cheese)

    • Salt and black pepper to taste

    The Fresh Layers & Garnishes

    • ½ medium ripe tomato, finely diced

    • 1 tbsp reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled

    • 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

    • A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

    To Serve

    • Toasted crostini or sourdough slices

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. Mix the High-Protein Tuna Base 🥣

In a small bowl, add the drained canned tuna, finely diced red onion, light cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Use a fork to mash and mix everything together until completely smooth and evenly combined.

    2. Set Up Your Mold ⭕

Place a food ring mold directly onto the center of your serving plate. (If you don't have a metal ring mold, a cleaned tin can with both ends removed works perfectly!)

    3. Layer the Tartare 🏗️

    • Spoon the creamy tuna mixture into the bottom of the mold and press it down gently with the back of a spoon to create a solid, level base.

    • Layer your finely diced fresh tomatoes directly over the tuna layer.

    • Top the tomatoes with crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh parsley.

    4. The Big Reveal & Finish ✨

Carefully lift the ring mold straight up to reveal your layered tartare! Drizzle a tiny drop of extra virgin olive oil around the top and plate for that signature shine.

    5. Serve & Enjoy 🍞

Serve immediately alongside warm, crispy toasted crostini. Scoop the creamy tartare over your toast and enjoy every high-protein, gourmet bite!

I make high-protein remakes of the food people actually crave — pizza, burgers, tacos, dessert.

Last month my videos were seen 117 million times and reached 43 million accounts. I have 153,000 followers. That gap is the whole point: my content travels to people who've never heard of me, which means your product does too.

That's the number worth pausing on. Most creator partnerships buy access to an existing audience. Mine buys distribution — my videos are pushed out to people who don't follow me yet, at roughly 280 times my follower count every month. A campaign with me isn't capped by my follower list.

    What I make

Fast, appetite-driven recipe video. No talking head, no filler — the food does the work, which is why it travels.

Best fits: kitchen tools and appliances · cookware · high-protein and whole-food groceries · nutrition and fitness apps · meal kits and grocery delivery · pantry staples

I turn down anything I wouldn't actually eat or use. That's the reason the audience trusts a recommendation when it comes.
