    Prep time, Cook time, Servings

    • Prep time: 15 minutes (plus 10 min marinating)

    • Cook time: 15 minutes

    • Yield: 1 serving

    Ingredients

    For the Crispy Tortilla Bowl

    • 1 large flour tortilla (or low-carb/high-protein tortilla wrapper)

    For the Spiced Lime Chicken

    • 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed

    • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt

    • Juice of ½ lime

    • ½ tsp paprika

    • ½ tsp garlic powder

    • ½ tsp onion powder

    • Salt and black pepper, to taste

    • 1 tsp olive oil (for cooking)

    For the High-Protein Tzatziki

    • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

    • ½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

    • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

    • Juice of ¼ lime

    • ¼ tsp garlic powder

    • ¼ tsp onion powder

    • Pinch of salt and black pepper

    For the Greek Salad Base

    • Handful cherry tomatoes, halved

    • ½ cucumber, diced

    • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

    • 1–2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled

    • Pinch of salt and black pepper

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. Bake the Tortilla Bowl 🌮

Preheat your oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Make four small cuts around the edge of the tortilla towards the center. Press the tortilla into a small oven-safe bowl or baking dish so the cuts overlap to fit the shape perfectly. Bake for 8–10 minutes until stiff and golden brown. Set aside to cool.

    2. Marinate & Cook the Chicken 🍗

In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken breast, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, lime juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the chicken, and cook until tender, browned, and fully cooked through.

    3. Mix the Tzatziki Sauce 🥒

In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped fresh dill, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until creamy and smooth.

    4. Assemble the Bowl 🥗

Fill your crisp tortilla bowl with the juicy cooked chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion. Top with crumbled feta cheese and a big dollop of fresh tzatziki sauce. Garnish with an extra sprinkle of dill and a lime wedge!
