1 small onion or green onion, finely minced

½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Juice of ½ a large lemon
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Shape the Kofta
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped parsley, minced onion, and seasonings until well combined. Press the meat mixture evenly into the bottom of an air fryer paper liner to form a flat disc.
