    A healthy, 5-minute version of the classic Italian dessert. High in protein, low in sugar, and perfect for breakfast or a post-workout treat!

    ngredients

    • 2 Rice cakes

    • 1 Cup strong coffee (Cold)

    • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein powder

    • 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt

    • 2 Egg yolks + 1 tsp Honey

    • Top with: Cocoa powder

    Simple Steps

    1. The Cream: Whisk egg yolks and honey in a bowl over a pot of boiling water for 3 mins to pasteurize. Let it cool. 

    2. The Mix: Stir the cooled yolks, Greek yogurt, and protein powder together until smooth.

    3. The Base: Dip your rice cakes into the coffee (don't let them get too soggy!).

    4. The Layers: Put one rice cake in a glass, add half the cream, then repeat.

    5. The Finish: Dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!
