Instructions
1. Mix: Combine your chicken, yogurt, mozzarella, olives, onions, and buffalo sauce in a bowl.
2. Soak: Dip each rice paper into the egg, water, and dill mixture until flexible.
3. Assemble: Lay the 3 sheets down (overlapping slightly), add your filling, and roll them up tight.
